Who This Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors of quantaverse.in and anyone who contacts Quantaverse Global Labs through our website, WhatsApp, or email for services.
It does not apply to products built by Quantaverse Global Labs for clients (e.g., Fitnity) — those products have their own privacy policies.
What We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name and company name
- Email address
- WhatsApp / phone number
- Project description and requirements (submitted via contact form)
- Service type selected
We do NOT collect:
- Financial data, bank details, or payment card information
- Government IDs or Aadhaar/PAN numbers
- Any sensitive personal data as defined under DPDP Act 2023
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your project enquiry
- Prepare and send proposals
- Communicate about ongoing projects
- Maintain our internal client records (dashboard)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party — ever.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Enquiry data submitted through our contact form is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU/US region). Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Our website is hosted on Vercel (edge infrastructure, globally distributed). Vercel may log request metadata (IP, browser) for security and performance purposes.
We do not run our own data centres or store personal data on local machines beyond active project duration.
Data Retention
We retain your contact data for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, or for a maximum of 3 years from last contact.
You may request deletion at any time by emailing projects@quantaverse.in. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Grievance — raise a complaint with our data officer
To exercise any right, email projects@quantaverse.in with subject line "Data Request". We respond within 30 days.
Security
We implement industry-standard measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, httpOnly session cookies, role-based access controls on our internal dashboard, and no storage of payment card data.
Despite best efforts, no system is 100% secure. We will notify affected users of any data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with DPDP Act 2023 obligations.
