Refund Policy
Effective date: June 29, 2026
The 50/50 Payment Structure
50% advance is collected before any work begins. This covers initial research, planning, architecture, and early development work.
50% final payment is due upon project completion and before final handover of code, assets, or access.
Both payments are documented via invoice with GST (18%) applied for Indian clients.
When Refunds Apply
✓ Full refund of advance — if:
- Quantaverse Global Labs cancels the project without cause before work begins
- Payment was made but project start was delayed beyond 30 days by Quantaverse Global Labs
- A duplicate payment was made in error
✓ Partial refund — if:
- Client cancels after work begins but before 50% of the scope is complete — refund = advance minus cost of work completed (billed at ₹1,500/hr)
When Refunds Do NOT Apply
✕ No refund — if:
- Development work has commenced (advance is non-refundable once started)
- Client changes requirements mid-project beyond the agreed scope
- Final deliverable has been handed over and accepted
- Client is dissatisfied with results that match the agreed scope/brief
- Client fails to provide necessary content, credentials, or feedback causing project stall
Revision vs. Refund
If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, we will fix it within the included revision rounds at no cost. A refund is not the first remedy — we will always attempt to resolve issues through revisions first.
Dissatisfaction with a design choice, colour, or subjective element that was not specified in the brief does not qualify for a refund but does qualify for a revision.
How to Request a Refund
Email projects@quantaverse.in with:
- Your name and project reference
- Reason for the refund request
- Invoice number or Razorpay transaction ID
We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
GST on Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the GST component (18%) will also be refunded. A credit note will be issued in accordance with GST rules.
